CANDIDE’s Warranty Policy

General

All Candide outerwear products (Jackets, Pants, Insulators) benefit from a 5 year repair warranty, from the product buying date.
It typically includes seams, zips, snap buttons & buttons, drawcords.

We are also happy to help our customers fix non-warranty-claims with our workshops when possible.

Conditions

The warranty applies to CANDIDE products purchased on candide.co, at a licensed dealer and for the original purchaser. You will find the updated list of physical licensed dealer here: https://www.candide.co/pages/store-locator.

All claims must be accompanied by the order number if bought on candide.co or the original receipt from a licensed CANDIDE dealer otherwise. A picture related to the warranty claim is also necessary to proceed with the claim.

Limitations

CANDIDE’s warranty does not cover problems or damage caused by improper use. Improper use includes the following situations but is not limited to them :
- unusual shocks resulting in cuts, tears, stains, burns or holes.
- not following the washing instructions resulting in discolouration or shrinking.
